Mission

Establishment

  • 1.1 The organization shall be known as Resolution Systems Institute or RSI.
  • 1.2 RSI shall be located at the Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR), an Illinois Not-for-Profit corporation established by the Chicago Bar Association and a Section 501 (c) (3) organization exempt from Federal income taxes and not a private foundation in Chicago, Illinois.
  • 1.3 RSI shall be administered under the auspices of CCR.
