Molly McCaughey

Director of Administration

Ms. McCaughey started as the Director of Administration at RSI in January 2009. In this role, she provides all administrative support to the organization. This includes coordinating meetings, organizing trainings for new court mediation programs, and proofreading documents and newsletters. She orchestrates communications and activities with Executive Committee members, staff members, and other organizations. She also handles RSI's monetary transactions and maintains financial records.

Aside from work, Ms. McCaughey is a volunteer at Exodus World Service, helping immigrant families become oriented to life in the United States.
