Advisory Board

[From the organizing documents that formed RSI in 1995, when it was originally named the Center for Analysis of Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems (CAADRS). The documents were amended March 9, 2010.]

"Members of the Advisory Board are expected to make available their advice as knowledgeable and recognized authorities in the fields of evaluation (particularly of judicial systems), judicial administration, law, business, academia and ADR to aid RSI in accomplishing its purposes. It is not necessarily contemplated that Advisory Board members will be directly involved in the performance of RSI projects. The Executive Committee, from time to time, shall appoint persons to or replace them on the Advisory Board as it deems advisable." (Section 3.3 of the RSI Statement of Purpose and Organization)
